We have also received planning permission to demolish an existing equestrian centre
The owners wanted input as to what was going to be built and wanted to preserve the high-end exclusive feel of the village, in which they would still be living. They didn’t want a dense multi-home development, nor did they want houses built that were out of character and proportion to the location.
There were numerous challenges to overcome, but our skilled team prevailed and obtained planning for a statement home, luxury stables, annexe and cart lodge garage.
